A cosmonaut* is a space explorer, a psychonaut is an explorer of consciousness or mind, a quantum psychonaut is a psychonaut that explores the Omniverse* (using his mind.) Some definitions of psychonaut include a component of mind altering consciousness by way of pharmaceuticals. I do not encourage this! Instead I encourage the use of natural practices, sweat lodges, meditation, quiet contemplation, walks in nature, dream recall, lucid dreaming, sensory deprivation (float tank usage,) whatever is natural and healthy. Above all I would suggest that you open your mind and allow for the transmission of information from your higher self.
